After you complete any of our competency based workplace training courses you
will receive a course evaluation form. Our Quality Assurance Director reads
everyone of these forms.

All Safecity's workplace trainer and first aid courses are competency based. Most importantly they are designed to include your specific workplace needs. The principle of competency based training allows you to customize your learning activities to suit your workplace needs. You may choose to complete our Certificate IV Workplace Trainer Category II, or select the Workplace Trainer Category I, or the Workplace Assessor stand alone unit.
The courses are interactive. Competency based training demands active participation. The old school days of soap box teaching and goose stepping instructors are over.
