Easy-to-learn techniques
Self defence techniques simple and easy to learn. You do not need to have any prior knowledge of martial arts. We teach you the most effective tactics you can use to protect yourself and your family from assaults.
You do not need to be fit or strong
Self defence techniques are not limited to size, gender or experience.
Legal considerations about the use of force
You will also learn about the laws
relating to in Australia. Use the guidelines taught
to security officers. Receive a comprehensive manual on self-defence.
Perception and observation skills
These principles of self-defence include
recognition of danger signals. Find out how to avoid muggings.
A friendly class, experienced self-defence instructors
The class is conducted in a professional
and enjoyable manner. We do not allow any offensive, racist or
sexist behaviour in the class. Our instructors are former Police
Academy trainers and experts in self-defence tactics.
Offered for the first time to the general public
This is a one day course, there are no obligations to attend further courses. The cost is $75 and is open to anyone over the age of 18. The course commences at 9 am, and will finish between 3 and 4. To enrol, call us, any time from 9 am to 9 pm. (Places in the class are limited.) If you cant make this one, but would be interested in future courses, tell us and we'll let you know of the next course.
