The Certificate IV in Security and Risk Management PRS40103 is a senior qualification adopted for licensing security consultants and risk managers.

The new Asset Security Training Package is an opportunity for all security professionals to improve their standards.  If implemented correctly and ethically, the Asset Security Training Package will help improve the standards of our industry. 

Unfortunately, the "sale of certificates for money" carried out by a few unethical trainers has greatly tainted the value of security qualifications.  As a security professional, it is essential for you to resist the temptation of obtaining an "easy certificate". 

If the moral argument does not convince you, think about the legal ramifications.  Authorities have already deregistered many of these irresponsible trainers.  Students of deregistered trainers have been required to re-validate their qualifications.  Do you really want your name associated with a cheat?

Furthermore, it is our experience that people who "buy certificates" have little knowledge of the competencies, legal requirements and obligations involved in the work of a security consultant. 

If you actions cause loss of life or loss of assets, you will be held accountable by the courts.  There is not excuse for ignorance before a court of law.  The penalties can be devastating for you, your employer and your client.

Why cheat when you can work towards obtaining professional standards and achieving a qualification that you can proudly display--because you actually worked to achieve it?
