The TAE40110 is the code for the new TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. This qualification has replaced the TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
The TAE10 training package came about on the 12th of May 2010 and is the latest training package released governing training in the workplace in Australia.
All trainers holding the TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification will need to cross over or upgrade to the TAE40110 before July 2013.
There have been many changes to the VET sector since the the firs release of the Train The Trainer programs. We expect there will be many more changes in the future, some of them may even appear to be daunting.
The fact stands that the Authorities governing the VET industry are very serious
about achieving and very high standard in vocational training in Australia.
