Our staff are competent and qualified
educators who understand the difficulties and hurdles
which confront modern employers and workplace trainers.

used in schools and universities.
Our system enables you to plan and deliver
effective and efficient training sessions. We show you how to avoid commonly
made errors which act as barriers to learning, training and assessing.
Most importantly you will
practice techniques which will help you to improve student's self-esteem and
generate enthusiasm.
Effective learning is enjoyable learning --
Think back to your last learning experience and you will surely agree with us.
Safecity Instructors have been involved in the
training of over 10,000 adult learners from a variety of backgrounds: first time

Explain the principle of
Recognition of Current Competency (or Recognition of Prior Learning).
The principle takes into account competencies
you have achieved through other studies, formal and informal courses and life
experience. These competencies are evaluated and credits are awarded towards
your course.
Competency based training is structured to
help students enjoy the maximum value possible from training activities. This is
an intelligent way of providing only the training skills you need.
For example: If you are already an instructor
for a recognised organization, chances are you are already competent in many of
the skills taught in the .
When you apply for RCC, we send you
an assessment questionnaire. Fill the questionnaire and provide evidence
of your previous learning and workplace experience.
We will assess your submission and award
credits. We will inform you if there are differences between the required
competencies and those you have already achieved. You then complete the
necessary modules.
RCC can considerably shorten your class
attendance and save you time.
